Damaged or incorrect order? Here is what the resolution policy asks for:

  • Email within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the package.

We will replace the bag. If a replacement cannot ship, we will refund that item. Opened bags are refunded only when the error was ours — wrong SKU, wrong grind, or a roast defect. Full details on the Resolution page.
